Unboxing
Unfortunately the box arrived a bit damaged, but luckily the FLOVEME 5V/2A was fine and undamaged.
On the front of the box we have a picture of the FLOVEME 5V/2A wireless charger, which is really close to the real size of the charger inside. On the inside we only find the charger, without any paper or cable, since the cable is already attached to the charger.
Hardware & Design
I like the simple design of the FLOVEME 5V/2A. They attached the cable, which can be handy but I like them better when the cable is detachable. FLOVEME used plastic for the wireless charger, which makes it lightweight and that gives it a cheap feeling. In this case that does not have to be a bad thing, since the charger cost less then €10, but I like it to have a more premium feeling, like the BlitzWolf BW-FWC4.
Performance
The FLOVEME 5V/2A wireless charger that can charge with 5W max. This is less then the BlitzWolf BW-FWC4 for example and therefore it takes longer to charge your iPhone X for example. If you have a device that supports a wireless charger, but not maxed out like the Samsung Galaxy S9 or the iPhone X, this is a prefect cheap option for you.

Protection
Charging with the FLOVEME 5V/2A is pretty safe and comes with a few extra securities. The FLOVEME 5V/2A has a over-temperature protection, a short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection and a over-current protection. This means that is is pretty safe for you to charge your device. Don’t worry about your smartphone getting to hot in the summer!
How To Use?
the FLOVEME 5V/2A is easy to use. Since the cable is attached to the charger, you only have to put the USB end in a wall mount and you are good to go. Like the BlitzWolf BW-FWC4, you have a 360 degree charge option, this means that it does not matter how you position your smartphone, as long as the middle is on the right spot, you can place it in any direction.
LED Light
The LED light is showing when it is charging (green LED) or when it is on standby (red LED). This is super easy to remember and easy to read for everybody. With just a quick look you can see if your smartphone is still charging or it is in standby.

Can I Use My Case?
You are able to charge your smartphone with a thin, clear case. If you have a thicker case or with a metal ring at the back, you are unable to use the charger and might even damage your smartphone.
Conclusion
The FLOVEME 5V/2A wireless charger works, but is not the best out there. If you are on a budget, I would buy the FLOVEME without a doubt. It charges, it looks good and it is cheap. For a little bit more you have a more premium wireless charger, but the FLOVEME get’s the job done and you won’t spend that much money.
There are the essentials protections to keep you and your smartphone safe. For me that is a must and I guess for a lot of other people too. Unfortunately you are unable to fast charge with the FLOVEME 5V/2A, but I can life with that for less then €10. The LED light is easy readable and easy to understand. You can use a thin clear case with the charger but not with a case with a metal ring on it or a thicker case. You can damage your smartphone or charger with it.
Overall I’m happy with the budget option for wireless charging. This is recommendation for people who are on a budget or just want to test the technology.
