I said it before and I’m going to say it again. I really like the design of the No.1 F6 and it makes me think of a Casio G-Shock. Now with the No.1 F13 that feeling is even stronger! It looks just like a G-Shock and I love it!

Tracking my steps, my sleep and start and activity from a cool looking smartwatch that looks like a Casio G-Shock. I like it! I use the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 now for over a year and I’m looking for a watch type smartwatch. With the No.1 F13 I have a G-Shock look-a-like that can track everything I want!

Unboxing

The unboxing of the No.1 F13 is not that spectacular and if you own a earlier model released by No.1, you have the feeling that you are unboxing that model.

We have the box with minor specifications on the bottom of the box. The first thing we see is the manual and underneath the manual we see the No.1 F13! At first sight it is really beautiful and I love the design of this model. Underneath the protection we find the charger cable.

Hardware & Design

The No.1 F13 does not only look good, but it is well built and it feels like a real solid watch. When I saw the No.1 F13 I expected a tough, outdoor sports watch and that is exactly what I got. With this watch you can track your activity, see the notifications and still have a good looking outdoor watch.

The material used is nice and feels good to the skin. The buttons are easily clickable and the touchscreen display work smooth as well. Via the No.1 F13 you can easily start a activity without having trouble with the hardware.

Software

The No.1 F13 runs on it’s own software, where you can not install anything else. All you have to do is download the FunDo app and connect your No.1 F13!

The app itself looks really cool if you ask me. It has a clear overview of all the things I want to see. On the home page your see your steps taken first. On the left of the steps, you have the record activity shown. This will motivate you to break the record every time you see it. Right from the steps we have the sleep date and right of the sleep date we have the heart data.

At the bottom you have several menu’s, like: “Me”, “Analysis”, “Report” and “More”.

The first menu speaks for itself. This is your profile page. Here you see your name, your activity and more.
The Analysis tab will show you the statistics of the last 7 days. Compare your activity and your sleep of a week can really show some insights in your daily activity.
The Report tab it showing the captured data of that day. Steps, Sleep and Heart rate are shown here in a very nice way.
In the More tab we can change some settings and decide which app is allowed to give notifications for example.

Features

The No.1 F13 has lots of different features, but nothing really special. It is all we expect on a smartwatch and I use them all. If you want to make the best use of the the No.1 F13, I recommend playing around with the app and find out all the activities you can start and the settings that you can change to make it really work like you wish.

Heartrate Sensor

At the back we have a heart rate sensor, which you can set to automatic measuring or do it manually from the watch itself. You need to wear the watch a bit tight to measure your heart rate, a loose watch does not have a accurate reading.

Sports/Activities from No.1 F13

You can start several activities from the watch itself. This is done within a few seconds and you are able to start your activity without taking out your smartphone first.

Being able to choose this many activities from your wrist and just a few clicks away is really handy and make it so much easier to start a walk or run.

Battery Life

The battery life of the No.1 F13 is really good. With all day notifications, 3 hours of activity per week, periodic heart rate (once a day) I was able to get one month of battery life out of the No.1 F13. Being able to last that long with a single charge and still get the notifications and everything you want is very good. Not having to run to the charger every night is very pleasing and I hope we are getting longer and longer battery lifes.

Charging Time

Charging does not take long if you ask me. From 0% to 100% took around 1,5 to 2 hours. It might seem long, but being able to use the No.1 F13 for a month after the charging is really nice.

Conclusion

The No.1 F13 is a really nice looking smartwatch. Not only the design of the watch itself, but also the colorful watchfaces. You have all the information you need on there and it looks really nice. If you are a sports person or workout a lot, this is a very nice smartwatch option for you.

The battery life is good, with a month while doing several activies per week, periodic (once a day) heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring and smartphone notifications I’m not complaining at all. Also you are able to see the content of the message that you receive, which is super handy if you ask me! I can image a gymnastic teacher wearing this watch. Now he does not have to miss a single notification!
